1. Fair & Transparent Refund Commitment
At ODMC, we pride ourselves on delivering top-tier digital marketing and AI education with practical agency simulations. We want every enrolled student to feel confident in their educational investment. Our refund policy is structured to be completely fair, clear, and transparent.
2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Online Programs)
For self-paced and online digital marketing tracks, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of official batch commencement. If within the first 7 days you determine that the course does not meet your expectations, you may submit a formal refund request provided you have not attended or accessed more than 20% of the total scheduled modules or downloadable assets.
3. Classroom & Live Batch Admission Seat Reservation
Due to limited batch sizes (maximum 15-20 students per classroom batch for personalized faculty attention), admission registration fees and seat reservation deposits are strictly non-refundable once batch enrollment is locked and course access is granted.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following items and services are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances: (a) Government taxes (GST) already remitted to authorities; (b) Third-party tool access licenses and domain/hosting provisioning costs; (c) One-on-one personalized career coaching sessions that have already been conducted; (d) Capstone portfolio reviews and examination evaluation fees.
5. Batch Transfer & Pause Policy
If unforeseen medical, personal, or employment emergencies prevent you from continuing your active batch, you may request a Batch Freeze or Transfer to an upcoming batch within 6 months at no additional tuition penalty, subject to written intimation to academic administration.
6. Process for Submitting a Refund Request
To initiate an eligible refund request: (1) Send an email from your registered email address to refunds@odmc.in and cc admissions@odmc.in; (2) Include your Full Name, Enrollment ID, and a clear reason for withdrawal; (3) Approved refund amounts are processed within 7 to 10 business days directly back to the original bank account, UPI ID, or payment card used during enrollment.
