4.2.Credentials are strictly personal and non-transferable. Sharing your LMS login or downloading recorded video lessons for external distribution is strictly prohibited.

4.3.ODMC reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach platform security or integrity.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

5.1.All course curricula, video lectures, live presentations, assignments, downloadable frameworks, graphics, logos, and software on https://odmc.in are the exclusive proprietary property of ODMC and protected under Indian copyright and trademark laws.

6.3.Official digital tax invoices are issued to the student upon successful transaction confirmation.

6.4.Installment/EMI plans must be cleared strictly according to agreed milestone schedules.

7. CODE OF CONDUCT & COMMUNITY STANDARDS

7.1.Students must maintain professionalism, mutual respect, and courtesy in all live classes, discussion forums, batch WhatsApp groups, and mentorship sessions.

7.2.Plagiarism in capstone projects, abusive language, harassment, cyberbullying, or commercial solicitation within student batches will result in immediate disciplinary suspension without refund.

8. TRAI / DND COMMUNICATIONS CONSENT

9. EDUCATIONAL & PLACEMENT DISCLAIMER

9.1.ODMC provides practical training, live agency simulated assignments, and dedicated placement support.

9.2.Final career outcomes, job offers, salary packages, and client contracts depend entirely on the student's individual aptitude, dedication, interview performance, and market conditions.

9.3.ODMC does not guarantee automatic employment or specific salary figures without the student successfully completing mandatory modules, assignments, and mock interviews.

10. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

10.1.These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of India.

10.2.In the event of any legal disputes, the parties irrevocably agree that the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana or Bhubaneswar, Odisha shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION & ARBITRATION

11.1.Any controversy, claim, or dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through mutual negotiations for a period of thirty (30) days.

11.2.If unresolved, the dispute shall be referred to and finally resolved by a sole Arbitrator appointed in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat of arbitration shall be Hyderabad, India, and proceedings shall be conducted in English.
